Pete James

Head of Fitness

Pete’s passion for helping others to make changes in their life is infectious; whether its walking, running, swimming, cycling or playing sports his enthusiasm is second to none. An aim he always has in mind is to break down the fear that leads to people saying, “I can’t”.
His love for sports and fitness led him to retrain as a Level 3 Master Trainer. Never sitting on his laurels Pete has many hats; he’s a personal trainer, Swimming Instructor, Run Leader, Boxercise Instructor, he works closely with the MS Society running fitness classes and is currently a Coach for the Bath Pentathlon Club, and involved with Pentathlon GB.
On a personal front since 2005 Pete has completed over 15 marathons, and too many half’s to count including pushing an MS sufferer in a wheel Chair around the Bath Half 2016. For the last three years he has been upping his game in the Ultra arena, completing the Imber Ultra, Outlaw Iron Distance Triathlon, the Atlantic Coast Challenge (three marathons in three days), South Downs 100 mile run and North Downs 50 mile run, and has raised thousands for charity running and cycling in different events.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven sums Pete up!
